You’re good at

  • Managing and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and projects.

  • Conducting engaging induction trainings and ensuring a seamless new starter journey.

  • Planning and executing both global and local events, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution in different locations.
  • Managing budgets effectively to maximise impact while staying within financial constraints.
  • Handling stakeholder management across multiple departments and regions, collaborating with teams to drive global initiatives that are locally executed.
  • Analysing engagement trends and feedback to continuously improve initiatives.
  • Driving employer branding efforts by gathering employee insights and identifying opportunities to enhance our employer brand.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, internal communications, or a related field.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for creating a vibrant workplace culture.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in planning and delivering large-scale events globally and locally.
  • Budget management skills with the ability to allocate resources effectively.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to innovate.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international company is a plus.
