We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Development Lead to join our HR team. This role individual contributor role is pivotal in driving competency management, leadership development, and coaching across the organization. You will play a key role in shaping our leaders and ensuring they have the skills and competencies needed to excel.

You're good at

  • Competency Management: Developing and managing competency frameworks to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Leadership Development: Designing and implementing leadership development programs.
  • Coaching: Providing coaching to leaders to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Training & Facilitation: Running and facilitating workshops and training sessions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align talent development initiatives with business objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent development programs.
  • Adaptability: Thriving on change, with a highly flexible approach and a track record of overachievement.
  • HR Expertise: Previous experience in talent development, HR, or a related field is required.
  • Educational Background: Coaching certification highly preferred.

  • Competency Frameworks: Developing and maintaining competency frameworks to support business goals.
  • Leadership Programs: Designing and delivering leadership development programs.
  • Coaching Leaders: Providing one-on-one coaching to leaders to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Workshops & Training: Facilitating workshops and training sessions for employees and leaders.
  • Talent Assessments: Conducting talent assessments and providing feedback to support development plans.
  • Succession & Performance: Working with HR, Talent Management and business leaders to develop and implement succession plans and performance monitoring.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall HR strategy.
