We're on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our in-house commercial team based in Malta.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things talent, building strategies, streamlining processes, and shaping the future of our team across the business.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team of recruiters. You’ll set the tone and pace
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand, anticipate, and crush hiring goals
  • Hands On, you will be leading, coaching and mentoring from the front showing people how it is done
  • Owning the full recruitment journey, from strategy to onboarding, always delivering a top-tier candidate experience
  • Levelling up our hiring game by optimizing tools, processes, and metrics that actually matter
  • Championing our employer brand and making sure the world knows what an awesome place Betsson is to work
  • Driving data-driven decisions through KPIs, recruitment analytics, and performance insights
  • Staying ahead of the curve on industry trends and bringing bold new ideas to the table. 

 What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years leading a team
  • You’ve worked in fast-paced, international environments — and loved it
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people
  • A natural collaborator and relationship builder from stakeholders to candidates
  • Obsessed with candidate experience and building inclusive, engaging hiring processes
  • Data-savvy with a keen eye for KPIs, hiring funnels, and recruitment metrics
  • Fluent in English (bonus points for additional languages).
