Solutions Specialist (Payroll)

Preeo Software in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Solutions Specialists (Payroll) to join their team on a full-time basis. Within this role, you will be working primarily with our HR and Payroll software - Talexio.

We are currently looking to expand our team by introducing the role of Solutions Specialist. The ideal person for this role will need to be a Payroll Expert with a flair for technology and customer care.

You will be responsible for:  

• Providing ongoing customer support to clients with queries relating to navigating and using the software (Online, over the phone, and face to face);
• Advising clients on technical issues and queries relating to payroll and employment law;
• Providing training to new clients who are using the system for the first time;
• Performing tests on software updates, and issuing tickets for software related errors or failures;
• Identifying potential problems that clients may face when using the platform and liaising with the software team to mitigate these;
• Develop and design user manuals and documentation contributing to knowledge sharing;
• Performing problem-solving exercises holding end-to-end problem ownership.

• 3 years’ work experience in computing and working local payroll;
• Knowledge of Maltese Employment Law;
• A flair for technology and IT is a must;
• Fluency in Maltese and English.
