Malta International Airport plc is looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about working with people and is willing to continuously learn, develop, and be part of a high-performance culture. This vacancy has arisen within the Human Resources Department.
Purpose of Position:
To assist the HR Manager with the key HR functions and processes in line with the company's Strategy and objectives;
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Manager and Recruitment Business Partner with the recruitment process;
- Assist with the drafting and enforcement of company Policies
- Succession Planning and talent management;
- Performance Evaluation Process;
- Assist with Employee grievances;
- Ensure the execution of the company's HR Strategy and Policies;
- Assist with employee surveys;
- Perform Exit Interviews;
- Contribute to HR Annual Budget formulation and implementation;
- Provide support to the training section within the team;
- Organisational Development.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
- A university degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
- A working knowledge of HRM disciplines and administration;
- Familiar with local employment law;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Maltese).
In 1958, Malta International Airport was inaugurated in Luqa. There were two floors, a single restaurant, a viewing balcony and we handled approximately 50,000 passengers in one year.
