Position Overview:
We’re looking for an HR & Payroll Associate to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll handle payroll processing, assist with employee records management, and support day-to-day HR operations. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting employees, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, handle new hire documentation, and manage employee data updates.
• Assist in the coordination of employee benefits, enrolments, and queries.
• Provide support for HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Ensure all payroll and HR processes meet legal standards and assist with any required reporting.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in payroll, HR, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in payroll and HR software – Shireburn Indigo
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
