Ceek - Recruitment Solutions in Malta is currently looking to recruit an HR Adminsitrator to join their client's team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will support all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Interested? What's expected of you?

  • Handle office tasks like scheduling, mail processing, calls, and inquiries
  • Organise and maintain physical and digital records in compliance with policies
  • File and update HR documents for easy access and retrieval
  • Use MS Office and internal systems to accurately manage HR data
  • Support the HR department with report preparation, task tracking, and administrative organisation
  • Manage and track correspondence, ensuring proper document storage and retrieval
  • Provide clerical support across departments, ensuring high service standards
  • Efficiently operate office equipment and assist with data entry and filing
  • Stay informed on company activities to address inquiries professionally
  • Attend meetings, training, and perform other duties as assigned.

What are you expected to bring?

  • Hold a diploma qualification (MQF Level 5) or higher in Business Management or a related field
  • Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role; candidates without formal qualifications must have 3 years of experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate high personal and professional integrity, with sound judgement and ethical decision-making
  • Possess excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to foster collaboration and positive relationships.
