Senior Payroll Executive

Our client, a leading advisory firm is looking to recruit a Senior Payroll Executive to join their team.

Main responsibilities include :

• Managing and processing payroll services for a portfolio of clients, including gathering data from timesheets or extracting it from payroll software.
• Overseeing team members to ensure client deadlines are met and accurate information is provided.
• Identifying tax obligations and coordinating with the tax department when necessary.
• Communicating with clients regarding all payroll-related matters.
• Staying updated on new regulations and sharing relevant changes with team members.
• Preparing and submitting employment-related documentation to government agencies or other entities on behalf of clients.
• Submitting FSS reports to the tax department.
• Handling employment licensing and permit applications.
• Preparing special reports for clients as needed.

• Previous working experience in a similar role is required
• Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage

• Candidates with payroll and/or HR-related qualifications will be given priority
