Senior Payroll Executive

Our client, a leading advisory firm is looking to recruit a Senior Payroll Executive to join their team.

Main responsibilities include :

• Oversee and manage all payroll processes, ensuring they are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with legal and tax regulations.
• Provide support to clients on payroll and HR-related issues, including participation in both virtual and in-person meetings as needed.
• Complete End-of-Year reconciliations and submit required documents to the Tax Department.
• Ensure timely submission of all employment-related documents to government agencies, maintaining organized records in the company database.
• Coordinate employment licensing and permit applications as necessary.
• Stay updated on tax and employment regulation changes and inform the team accordingly.
• Lead, train, and support junior team members, fostering their professional development within the team.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle for clients, from onboarding to termination.
• Assist clients with HR policy development, procedural guidance, and address any additional HR inquiries.

• Previous working experience in a similar role is required
• Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage
