We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Executive to join our team and oversee all aspects of our human resources department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals and ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are in compliance with legal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Manage employee relations and handle any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management
- Manage a team of HR professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role in a CSP, Financial, Legal or a relevant company
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proficient in HR software and databases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- SHRM certification is a plus.
