Our client is looking to employ an HRBP who will serve as the primary contact for the designated business unit, offering a range of HR services, including advising, coaching, influencing, and, when necessary, providing direction to management and staff. 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively assist managers in applying HR policies such as disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, performance management, and absence management.
  • Monitor and manage employee absences, coordinating with managers and Occupational Health (OH) when needed.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Health to minimize health-related risks within the organization.
  • Stay updated on legal requirements related to employee management, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including visa applications for third-country nationals and overseeing staff training and development.
  • Assist in addressing and resolving employee relations issues.
  • Ensure all employees are informed of company procedures and practices within the scope of responsibility.
  • Work with the management team to identify and address development needs.
  • Ensure HR data is accurate, up-to-date, and managed efficiently.
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly HR reports.
  • Support key HR processes, such as pay reviews, talent assessments, and performance development reviews, while continuously improving these processes.
  • Assist with reward activities such as job evaluations, employee recognition, and managing HR systems.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team on various HR projects.
  • Promote employee engagement aligned with HR strategy, supporting initiatives like employee survey action plans.
  • Facilitate internal communications, ensuring messaging is tailored to the specific needs of teams.
Requirements
  • Experienced in all areas of HR, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, absence management, employee relations, recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, and talent management.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality at the highest level in order to develop excellent stakeholder relationships
  • A proactive approach with demonstrable levels of previous continuous improvement and experience of leading and supporting change.
Education and Experience
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in the relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role.
