Our client is a leader within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Overseeing a range of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee well-being, and other aspects across the employee life cycle.
  • Managing the monthly payroll, including time and attendance, in partnership with our external service provider.
  • Handling HRIT systems and overall data management.
  • Supporting employees and management in understanding and adhering to company policies, procedures, and programs while upholding confidentiality and integrity.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to lead the recruitment process, including understanding talent needs, sourcing candidates, and overseeing the recruitment cycle.
  • Creating, organizing, and analyzing both spontaneous and regular HR reports and performance indicators.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Familiar with Indigo software.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, payroll computation and related processes such as work permits.
  • Organisational skills
  • Interpersonal & communication skills
Education & Experience
  • A relevant qualification in the Human Resourced field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
