Tal-Maghtab Construction Co Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Human Resources (HR)  and Office Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Duties entail processing employee salaries, invoicing, appointments, reception duties, secretarial duties, and answering telephone calls.
Applicant must speak English and Maltese and must have his/her car.

Daily tasks also include:

  • Prepare and follow up professional files (customer files, accounts receivable files...)
  • Take telephone calls. Pass on calls to the desired interlocutors. Take messages
  • Follow-up payments, complaints and returns
  • Receive and guide customers, suppliers and visitors. Take messages and make appointments
  • Code, file and archive documents
  • Copy documents
  • Create administrative dossiers. Check data updates returns to sender or reminders
  • Enter and layout documents. Forward and file documents
  • Register, sort and stamp correspondence
  • Welcome people and identify their demands
