The Role
You will oversee talent acquisition ensuring that all the process is streamlined and running efficiently.
Take care of employee relations and performance management.
You will ensure that the learning and development section continues to be enhanced to cater for all ongoing needs of the company.
You will lead the Compensation Management and workforce planning.
As the the Head of HR acts you will act as a strategic business partner, ensuring HR initiatives support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
You will handle the HR strategy and be part of the Senior Management team.
Other responsibilities include workforce budgeting, salary reviews, employer branding, and recruitment optimization.
Employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance management are key areas of focus.
Your role also ensures compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and ethical workplace practices.
You will manage a team and collaborate with leadership to drive organizational development.
Candidates need at least five years of experience in a similar role with expertise in HR best practices and multi-territory support. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Having multi territory experience will be considered as a strong asset
You need to have proven strong leadership experience
Have strong strategic and problem solving skills
Have excellent communication skills
