We are looking for a dynamic HR & Training Executive to join our HR team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Team Members. As part of one of the leading brands in the hospitality sector, you'll get the chance to work with an energetic, dedicated team while driving impactful initiatives that elevate our employees’ experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead Employee Activities: Be the heart and soul of our employee engagement programs by coordinating exciting activities that boost team morale and connection.

Design & Implement L&D Calendar: Collaborate with the HR team to create and manage a Learning & Development calendar that aligns with company goals and employees’ growth paths.

Deliver Induction & Training Programs: From delivering induction sessions to leading training initiatives, you’ll ensure every employee feels equipped to excel. You'll work closely with Heads of Departments to map out the training needs, identify key trainers, and support their development to deliver training that makes a real difference. And you’ll also manage brand-specific training programs to ensure completion across the board.

CARE Committee Member: You’ll be an integral part of our CARE committee, driving a culture of inclusivity, wellness, and community within the workplace.

Admin Support & Supervision: Oversee and support the administrative functions within HR, jumping in to assist as needed and ensuring seamless operations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in HR, Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality or a fast paced industry.

• A passion for people and a desire to make a real difference in their growth journey.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• A positive, can-do attitude that reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence and care for our employees.

• Knowledge of Indigo Shireburn would be considered an asset
