HR and Payroll Executive
Our client who specialises in the HORECA industry is looking for an HR and Payroll Executive. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Computing and generating payroll cycle, reporting, and periodic processes on a timely and accurate basis
- Handling payroll and other HR-related queries
- Assisting recruitment processes
- Assisting HR-related projects and tasks, including leave management, employee well-being and data management.
- Coordinating onboarding and termination processes
- Assisting in the internal policies and HR strategies
- Local experience working on payroll is a must
- Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
- Familiar with employment legislation will be preferred
- 2 years minimum experience working within an HR department
