Malta International Airport is currently looking to recruit a Senior Human Resources (HR) Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.
Overview:
Malta International Airport plc is looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about working with people and is willing to continuously learn, develop, and be part of a high-performance culture.
This vacancy has arisen within the Human Resources Department.
Purpose of Position:
To assist the HR Manager with the key HR functions and processes in line with the company's Strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager and Recruitment Business Partner with the recruitment process
- Assist with the drafting and enforcement of Company Policies
- Succession Planning and talent management
- Performance Evaluation Process
- Assist with Employee grievances
- Ensure the execution of the company's HR Strategy and Policies
- Assist with employee surveys
- Perform Exit Interviews
- Contribute to HR Annual Budget formulation and implementation
- Provide support to the training section within the team
- Organisational Development.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- A university degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- A working knowledge of HRM disciplines and administration
- Familiar with local employment law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Maltese).
In 1958, Malta International Airport was inaugurated in Luqa. There were two floors, a single restaurant, a viewing balcony and we handled approximately 50,000 passengers in one year.
