HR Specialist (Part time - Reduced)

Our client who specializes in the Travel and Leisure industry is looking for an HR Specialist on a Part time or Reduced basis. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding
• Assisting with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent while assisting with the entire hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
• Identifying training needs, developing training programs and facilitating training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Conducting performance evaluations, provide feedback, and assist in the development of performance improvement plans
• Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires and manage the offboarding process for departing employees
• Assisting in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and support company objectives
• Providing guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Assisting with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed by the management team

Monday - Friday 9am-1pm - from the office

• Good communication, interpersonal, and effective leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Communication in English and Maltese is a must

• Proven experience as an HR professional with a minimum of 3 years
