Cashpoint (Malta) Ltd. is currently looking to recruit an HR Generalist (m/f/d) to join their team on a full-time basis.

For this reason, we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR professional who wants to make a significant impact within a vibrant and growing organisation. We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team and contribute to our mission of fostering a positive and productive work environment. As an HR Generalist (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your expertise and passion for human resources will help drive our HR initiatives, enhance employee satisfaction, and ensure that our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • As an HR Generalist (m/f/d) you will recommend HR solutions, support and drive initiatives, implement new processes or tools to support business priorities
  • You will oversee the day-to-day HR administration, including payroll, employee data management and HRIS administration, and streamline HR workflows
  • Furthermore, you will support with ensuring the compliance with all local labour laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in legislation and proactively bring up any potential compliance risks
  • Moreover, you will act as a point of contact for managers and employees for general HR inquiries, including but not limited to HR policies, benefits, performance, employee relations cases, and performance-related questions
  • Finally, you will drive and support the recruitment of top talent and ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably within the Gaming Industry
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Good understanding of local payroll processing
  • Proactive in addressing concerns and finding ways to improve the employee experience
  • Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
