HR Generalist

Bonnici Brothers Ltd. in Malta is currently looking to recruit an HR Generalist to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
As we grow and develop, we are restructuring the HR Team and are now recruiting an HR Generalist to join our team.

Based at our head office in Burmarrad, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining employee files and records, electronically and physically filing of documents and correspondence
• Participating in employee inductions and orientations
• Understanding employee requirements and drafting documents and letters as required
• Assisting with maintaining employee training records drafting training notices and informing employees of upcoming training
• Participating in the employee timekeeping process when required
• Keeping the ‘Jobsplus’ portal updated
• Updating organizational charts and other HR-related records
• Assisting with other HR-related day-to-day duties.

The ideal candidate should be:

• Highly organised with an ability to work under pressure as well as having a high attention to detail
• Fluent in both the English and Maltese language
• In possession of an A-level standard of Education
• Proficient in the use of a PC, preferably ECDL-certified
• Previous relevant work experience would be considered an asset.
