HR Executive

As the HR Executive you will be working closely with the Senior HR Team of the company, assisting with the execution of several HR initiatives and office administration.  Key responsibilities include:

• To contribute towards the ideation execution of the HR strategic plan of the  organization

• To be the main point of contact with respect to the Recruitment and Selection  function  

• To be, together with the Head – Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, the key  point of contact with respect to the company's Performance Appraisal system and  respective processes; 

• To ensure the upkeep of Policies and Procedures together with the creation of new  ones that my be required from time to time; 

• To contribute to the management of the onboarding and termination workflows;

• To proactively identify employee and culture-related issues and concerns that  require HR attention;  

•  To support the payroll process to ensure that accurate and timely records are  executed on a monthly basis; 

•  To provide leadership in the design and development of human resources  initiatives; 

•  To identify any training needs that may be required by organisations employees and  liaise internally towards the execution of such training; 

• To ensure compliance with employment law; 

• To attend training programmes and conferences as required;

• To execute any other tasks that may be delegated from time to time.

• Professional level of English and Maltese - written and verbal
• Proven leadership skills

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required;
• Degree level of education or equivalent (MQF level 6) is a must
