As the HR Executive you will be working closely with the Senior HR Team of the company, assisting with the execution of several HR initiatives and office administration. Key responsibilities include:
To be the main point of contact with respect to the Recruitment and Selection function
To be, together with the Head – Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, the key point of contact with respect to the company's Performance Appraisal system and respective processes;
To ensure the upkeep of Policies and Procedures together with the creation of new ones that my be required from time to time;
To contribute to the management of the onboarding and termination workflows;
To proactively identify employee and culture-related issues and concerns that require HR attention;
To support the payroll process to ensure that accurate and timely records are executed on a monthly basis;
To provide leadership in the design and development of human resources initiatives;
To identify any training needs that may be required by organisations employees and liaise internally towards the execution of such training;
To ensure compliance with employment law;
To attend training programmes and conferences as required;
To execute any other tasks that may be delegated from time to time.
