Our client is looking for HR and Payroll Executive. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Preparation and processing of monthly payroll and handling of wage-related queries.
Maintaining the time and attendance software and all HR related systems.
Drawing up, maintaining, and submitting HR monthly metrics and other ad-hoc HR reports.
Daily reporting and follow-up of sick-leave absence.
Maintaining employee files.
Organising HR related activities.
Tackling daily HR issues and providing HR related support to all employees.
Requirements
Good working knowledge of HR and payroll policies and procedures. including knowledge of local employment legislation
Proficient in HR information systems and tools
A good command of the English language and ideally also of the Maltese language
Education and Experience
A minimum of two years’ experience working in a human resources and payroll environment.
An HR and Payroll related Diploma or certificate.
