As a Medical & Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various medical and healthcare positions. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients find the best talent to meet their staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for specific positions
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of talent for current and future job openings
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending job offers and onboarding new hires
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the healthcare and medical field to effectively identify top talent
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate and job information in our recruitment database
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and screening candidates
- Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology and industry trends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid certification in recruitment or human resources is a plus.
