We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join a fast-growing team with a leading company operating in the South of Malta. Reporting directly to the Chief HR & Risk Officer, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Department’s operations and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counselling and guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruiting by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the recruitment process
• Conduct interviews with potential new employees and complete the hiring process
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Assist in performance management processes
• Foster a safe work environment with open communication channels
• Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbooks, SOPs, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment
• Mentor human resources staff and address their training needs
Requirements:
• Diploma in HR or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years experience in an HR function/Recruitment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
• Proficient in English and Maltese.
