Are you passionate about optimizing talent acquisition processes and enhancing the recruitment experience? As a Global Talent Acquisition Enablement Specialist, you'll support Betsson Group’s global Talent Acquisition department in attracting, selecting, and hiring the right people for the right roles at the right time. You'll provide structure, tools, resources, and data to ensure effective recruitment processes and best-in-industry Talent Acquisition experiences.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team and contribute to the success of our global recruitment efforts. This role will report directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and also to the CHRO during probation, to ensure proper alignment between key stakeholders.

A taster of what you will be involved with:
  • Optimize Tools & Resources: Design, enhance, and manage talent acquisition tools to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience in partnership with the TA Leadership Team.
  • Standardize Evaluation Processes: Implement standardized candidate evaluation processes to ensure fairness and consistency across all roles.
  • Budget Tracking & Invoicing: Monitor and manage the budget for talent acquisition activities, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
  • Agency Usage Monitoring: Oversee the use of recruitment agencies, ensuring effective partnerships and cost-efficiency.
  • Talent Acquisition Resources: Develop and maintain handbooks, guides, and checklists to support the recruitment process.
  • Talent Acquisition Documentation: Organize and manage documentation related to talent acquisition, including shared folders, processes, and team communications.
  • Data Analytics: Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics, such as weekly/monthly updates, senior hire reports, trends, or industry research.
  • TA Project & Event Coordination: Coordinate talent acquisition projects and events to support recruitment efforts, including planning, monitoring, activating, and evaluating.
  • Train Hiring Managers: Support the Head of TA in developing training programs for hiring managers to ensure consistent and effective interview techniques.
  • Recruitment Support and Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide support for recruitment activities and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
What we are looking for:
  • Educational Background: University education, HR certification, or equivalent TA experience.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles, with a focus on process improvement and experience (talent/recruiter/hiring manager). Proven experience in training and supporting hiring managers and recruiters. Demonstrated success in optimizing recruitment tools and systems.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Greenhouse and/or other best-in-class ATS/TA tech. Advanced MS Excel skills, Qlik, or other data quality & visualization tools are a big advantage.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organization and time management skills. Attention to detail.
