HR Executive

Melita Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an HR Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team.

As an HR Executive, you'll play a strategic part in shaping our workforce by leading HR initiatives and fostering an environment of collaboration and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Form part of the team overseeing the entire employee journey—from recruitment through onboarding. You'll create compelling job ads, collaborate with recruitment agencies, manage our Applicant Tracking System, interviews, hiring, and onboarding top talent
• Ensure HR-related documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and compliant with legal standards
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, offering guidance on company policies and fostering a culture of transparency and trust
• Contribute to the performance management process and support the personal and professional development of our employees
• Dive into exciting HR projects and contribute to ongoing improvements
• Monitor and analyse HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and cost-per-hire to identify trends, inform decision-making, and implement improvement strategies.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in an HR role, with a strong track record in recruitment
• A degree-level qualification in HR or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• A self-motivated, forward-thinking approach with a passion for staying ahead in HR trends and best practices
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR tools, data visualisation, Word, and Excel
• Able to analyse and visualise data while demonstrating proficiency in Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English, with a high standard of integrity and professionalism
• Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and ready to collaborate with vibrant, outgoing colleagues;
