Main Job Description:

As a Sous Chef, you will be a vital part of a high-performing kitchen team, working under the direction of the Head Chef.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Supporting menu development and innovation, maintaining exceptional standards in food quality and consistency
  • Managing kitchen staff, training and mentoring junior chefs to uphold excellence in culinary techniques
  • Ensuring kitchen hygiene, safety, and compliance with health regulations
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef to streamline kitchen efficiency and optimize performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
