Senior Sales Manager (Corporate)

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our corporate sales initiatives within the hotel sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive revenue growth while building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector, including key accounts and partnerships.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
