Senior Chef De Rang
The Xara Collection in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Senior Chef de Rang to join their team on a full-time basis.
Overview:

Ideal Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a Fine Dining or Michelin setting
- Confident and comfortable when taking car the station
- Knowledge in Wine and Food, with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously with ease
- Excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills
- Approach situations using a calm, polite and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a station
- Coordinating work with team on duty
- Assisting in training of new employees and junior staff, ensuring they deliver the same quality service as the current team
- Overseeing dining and serving areas, as well as all the equipment in use and storage areas for organization and cleanliness
- Guaranteeing the highest quality of standards are met.
