Job Summary:
One of our outlets within the Hotel establishment in Malta is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses/F&B Servers to join our team. You will play a critical role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu items and daily specials to effectively answer guest questions and make recommendations.
- Ensure that tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained throughout the service.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, seeking assistance from the restaurant manager when necessary.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the restaurant before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and follow health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for hospitality and high standards of service.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
