Kitchen Porter - Hotel Calypso, Gozo

Scope, Purpose and Objective

Prestige Travel Marketing is looking for a kitchen porter to join our team at the Hotel Calypso in Gozo. The main duties clean cutlery, crockery, glasses, kitchen utensils to the required standard and to carry out all cleaning duties in connection to kitchen department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• To help with the delivered goods and storage of merchandise in the storerooms and chambers
• Cleaning of crockery, cutlery and glassware
• Cleaning and maintenance of machinery
• Cleaning and disinfecting of saucepans and other cooking utensils
• Removal of rubbish 
• Organization and cleaning of the work area (rubbish room, tables, sinks and floors), cold room and chambers
