Rooftop Bar Chef

The Capital Boutique Hotel Valletta is seeking a motivated Rooftop Bar Chef to lead the culinary experience of our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be the chef behind our evening snack bar, crafting a variety of platters and snacks for our rooftop venue
• Bring your creativity to the table by contributing to menu development and experimenting new ideas
• Check deliveries, ensure freshness and maintain proper storage
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, kitchen supplies and ingredient usage
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

• Relevant culinary experience
• Strong attention to detail and passion for presentation
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities and adaptability
• General English, both speaking and writing.
• Working hours: 15:00-23:00
