F&B Staff

Position Overview:

As a Food and Beverage Staff member, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your primary duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have a positive and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.

• Ensure all guest requests are met in a timely and courteous manner.

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and workstations.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate service.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

• Assist with setting up and clearing dining areas.

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.

• Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions.

• Provide recommendations on food and beverage items when requested.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role is preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
