Our client operating in hospitality is looking to employ a Chef De Partie to join their growing team.  

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Oversee and manage sections in the kitchen
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to restaurant standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Assists senior staff in ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintain stock control, order ingredients when necessary, and minimize food waste
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
  • Handles store takes when required
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Able to lead the team in the absence of senior staff
  • Fully understands company policies, the HACCP system, and health and safety protocols.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work on roster basis from Monday to Sunday including public holidays
Education and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
