Hyatt Centric Malta invites you to be part of our pre-opening journey as we seek a dynamic, highly organised and detail-oriented Reservations Manager. 

As a Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservations process for our company, ensuring that all bookings are handled efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Main responsibilities include but, are not limited to:

- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, email, or other method in a timely and accurate fashion 

- Provide direction and leadership to Reservations team, assisting them to achieve their potential and achieve overall departmental objective

- Ensure all administrative procedures are completed accurately and in accordance with the departmental and brand guidelines

- Monitor and maintain reservation systems to ensure accuracy 

- Communicate with guests to confirm reservations details and provide necessary information

- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information

- Train, supervise and mentor reservation team members to ensure high-quality service

- Develop and implement strategies to increase reservations and revenue

- Collaborate closely with the management team, prioritizing the overall success of the hotel and guest satisfaction 

Requirements:

- Previous managerial experience

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficient in Opera and Microsoft Office

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Leadership and team management skills

- Demonstrate excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills with the customers and other hotel departments

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
