A-La Carte Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an A-La Carte specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all orders are prepared and delivered accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial in this position.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and cook food items according to customer specifications
- Ensure all orders are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary restrictions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating orders
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
