Pizzaiolo

We are currently seeking to recruit a Pizzaiolo. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and cooking pizzas, as well as a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings
• Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes
• Checking the quality of pizzas before they’re served to guests
• Ensuring cooking stations are clean, sanitized and prepped with necessary tools
• Monitoring the temperature of the pizza oven as well as cooking times
• Performing regular maintenance on kitchen equipment
• Following all relevant food health and safety requirements
• Carrying out any other duties as required by Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be fluent in English
• Proven experience in a similar role is required
• Must have strong organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure and take direction from Management as required  for the quality of service
• Must have attention to detail and be proactive
• Must have good time management skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure and take direction from management as required for the quality of service
• The ability to work on other kitchen sections such as cold, pasta & dessert would be considered an asset.
