CF Leisure will be opening a one of a kind, 3500sqm Entertainment Arena in the heart of St. Julian’s. We are looking for Front Desk Agents who will be required to provide an efficient reception service, ensuring high quality customer care and satisfaction is always delivered. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for the day to day running of the front office department.
Responsibilities: -
• Knowledgeable of all attractions available, ability to share respective detailed information, training will be provided according.
• Able to upsell attractions and products.
• Assist clients where required, ticket changes, answer specific information and other receptionist duties.
• Aid the customers with any queries they may have.
• Liaise with the Head of Department any feedback (both negative and positive);
• Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
• Monitor office stationery and equipment and order when needed.
• Control inventory relevant to reception area.
• Performs cash opening and closing according with company polices.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Candidates must be already located in Malta.
• Be fluent in communication preferably in Maltese and English and any other language will be considered an asset.
• Be ready to work on shift basis from Monday to Sunday between 10am to 11pm
• Good working knowledge on the similar position

• Clean and Presentable
• Be able to work under pressure
