Laundry Manager

Our client is looking to recruit a Laundry Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Reporting to the Director of Rooms, the Laundry Manager will be responsible for the hotel laundry's daily operations and services; whilst ensuring compliance with hotel standards, policies and procedures. S/he will be supervising and managing employees to wash, dry and iron linen for both guest rooms and the food and beverage/culinary department within the existing time constraints. In addition, s/he will strive to ensure guest and employee satisfaction whilst maximizing the department’s financial goals.

Requirements:
In performing this role, the prospective candidate must meet the following requirements;

• 2 years’ supervisory work experience in laundry, housekeeping, or related professional area
• A diploma in housekeeping or a related field will be considered an asset.
