As Head Chef ( – Greek Cuisine), you will take full ownership of a dedicated culinary concept, leading the kitchen team and delivering authentic, high-quality dishes that reflect both tradition and Hard Rock standards.

This role is key to the success of the outlet and requires a confident leader who leads from the front, sets clear standards, and delivers excellent service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations for the Greek cuisine outlet
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet brand standards
  • Drive kitchen performance through strong leadership and clear direction
  • Oversee food cost control, stock management, and supplier coordination
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety compliance
  • Train, develop, and motivate the kitchen team

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
  • Strong expertise in Greek cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
  • A hands-on leadership style with a focus on quality and accountability
  • Solid knowledge of food costing, kitchen operations, and compliance
