Event Solutions Malta by Vacations Malta Ltd are looking for a Group Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities will include:
- To carry out general duties within the Group`s Department and assist our clients with their requirements from the initial first contact until the departure of the group
- To assist in meetings with suppliers and clients both in & out of the office, this will include booking supplier services for groups operations
- To help out during group/event operations by assisting the management team of the company during group events, activities, etc
- Assist the management team with internet and marketing research for new clients and opportunities whilst also helping us maintain the best possible relationship with the clients that we already work with
- To assist and carry out other general duties deemed necessary by the company mostly within the group's department.
The Applicant should have:
- Sound knowledge of any other languages (spoken and written) especially German will be considered a great asset
- Experience in a similar job will also be considered a great asset
- Outgoing personality
- Able and willing to work in a team
- Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Proficient in the use of PC, internet, and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Car and clean driving license.
