Job Description;

A Full-Time vacancy for the position of Cluster Groups, Meeting & Events Coordinator has arisen within the GM&E team, at Hilton Malta.

The selected candidate will work with and support the Groups, Meetings and Events Team with: 

• Receiving and converting incoming enquiries for both the Hilton Malta and DoubleTree by Hilton Malta, to achieve targets and maximize revenue 

• Driving sales activities and achieving business objectives 

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients 

• Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds 

• Participate in hotel promotional activities 

• Administrative tasks, reporting and filing
