Food & Beverage Team Leader

The Xara Collection in Malta is looking for a fun-loving, energetic F&B Team Leader to join their fantastic banqueting team at our Xara Lodge venue.

Your role: 

Perform all server duties for beverage and food service 

Aids in the full execution of all events including; the setup and breakdown, alongside other members of the department 

Assist where necessary to ensure optimum and service and memorable experience to guests 

Maintains all sanitation and safety standards as established by the company;

About you:

Demonstrate a warm, friendly, high-energy personality with a positive attitude and an open-minded and team-oriented mindset 

Previous experience is preferred but not required, as full training and guidance will be provided 

Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needs; 

A motivated, organized, and charismatic individual seeking a long-term position in which you can develop and be led by example.
