Food and Drinks Attendant (Blue Elephant)

Hilton Malta is currently looking to recruit Thai-speaking Food & Drink Attendants to work mainly within their Blue Elephant Royal Thai Restaurant, on a full/part-time basis.

Tasks:

• Ensure a consistent and convincing standard of service, maintaing the brand service standards and adhere to Hilton policies
• Active contribution to service & and proper execution of Team Leader’s instructions
• Participate in internal meetings and training courses
• Care for guests in line with hotel’s brand standards
• Active promotion and knowledge of in-house services offered within the hotel.

Requirements:

• Outgoing, reliable and charismatic
• Flexible and hardworking, willing to assist guests in all their needs
• Excellent customer and communication skills
• Previous work experience in Food & Beverage couple with a formal catering studies qualification will be considered as an asset
• A good command of the English launguage & also Thai
• An eye for detail as well as a flair for meeting people.

Training will be provided, however candidates with previous food and drink service experience will be considered as an asset.
