JOB OVERVIEW

As part of the pre-opening team, the Entertainment Attraction Attendant will provide and create excellent guest service experience whilst maintaining a safe environment during the attraction experience.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Warmly welcoming clients and assisting them through the various phases of the experience.
  • Providing clients with information about the attraction and other related products.
  • Managing queues to various parts of the experience in a professional and hospitable manner.
  • Take and manage bookings to the attraction.
  • Operating a POS system and precisely handling various payment methods.
  • Ensuring that the scheduled experience timelines are followed to avoid customer dissatisfaction whilst also maximizing the potential occupancy per scheduled experience.
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures systematically.
  • Strictly implementing Health and Safety Procedures and ensuring that colleagues and customers are adhering to these.
  • Maintain a variety of logs, records, and files, and prepare reports related to assigned activities.    
  • Ensure that your work space is equipped with all necessities for the day and all equipment required is in good working order.
  • Keeping your work areas clean and tidy in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Constant communication with management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist Management with additional front of house assignments as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Patience and clear communication. This is a unique establishment that most guests have not experienced, and you must be able to communicate in a detailed and respectful manner.
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Must be computer literate
  • Ability to learn systems to maintain orderly information.
  • A high level of commitment to understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures and Health and Safety Procedures with attention to detail. 
  • High energy with the ability to multitask successfully.
  • Availability to consistently work weekends and public holidays.
  • Understanding and communicating (both verbal and written) clearly in English with the correct use of grammar.
  • Fluency in a European language apart from English
  • Previous experience working in the hospitality industry is considered as an asset
  • Candidate must be residing in Malta
