Responsibilities:

• Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.

• Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.

• Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de Partie.

• Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.

• Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Partie’s instructions.

 

Requirements :

• Have a smart personality with excellent communication skills

• Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude while working well under pressure

• Work well within a team

• Be organized and have an eye for detail

• Ability to communicate in English

• Commitment to deliver excellent customer service

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Possession of food handling license

• ITS graduate or similar qualification

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar environment

• Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
