Public Area & Room Attendant

G3 Hospitality Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit Public Area & Room Attendants to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, this position's primary responsibility is to ensure the achievement of high cleaning standards in Hotel rooms, public areas and employee quarters. The schedule is based on a roster schedule and includes working evening shifts.

Profile Overview:

Public Area & Room Attendants are primarily responsible for the daily activities of the Hotel in question including the adherence of the full SOPs set, with the aim of meeting and exceeding organizational goals within the Housekeeping Department

Areas of Responsibility:

• Complying with the organization’s standards and statutory cleaning and hygiene regulations
• Ensuring that health & safety practices are adhered to at all times
• To provide excellent customer care, respond effectively to guests’ queries and requests and maintain a homely, warm and clean sense of ambience within the guests’ rooms and public areas
• Interacts positively with the rest of the team and liaises directly with the line manager
• Maintains a confident and mature approach, while practicing tact and diplomacy
• Performs other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as determined by both the line manager and organisational needs, while providing an environment of openness and trust, with constant feedback and performance coaching.
