Job Description
As a Senior Sous Chef, you will report to the Executive Chef/Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, staff management, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. You should have a deep understanding of Mediterranean flavors, techniques, and ingredients, with a strong leadership presence to guide a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
