Responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the daily running of the assigned outlets;
- Supervising and training The Cake Box staff;
- Serving coffees, pastries and food items to customers;
- Maintaining client relationships including order taking and handling of client feedback.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a confident, friendly, and engaging personality with a service-oriented approach;
- Be able to work on own initiative;
- Have a good command of the English and Maltese language and be able to communicate;
- Be Computer literate;
- Be smart in appearance;
- Have experience in a comparable position within a restaurant or cafe' environment;
- Experience in kitchen/food preparation process will be considered as an asset.
- Flexible to work in different locations.
