Bartender
The Xara Collection in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Bartender to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
Located in the heart of the sumptuous old capital, Mdina - Malta, The Xara Collection is looking for a Bartender to join our fantastic team at our Trattoria Restaurant.

About the role:
- Assist guests regarding the beverage menu in an informative and helpful way
- Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the Outlet, how beverages are prepared (to recipe) and presented
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a warm, friendly, high-energy personality with a positive attitude and an open-minded and team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience is preferred but not required, as full training and guidance will be provided
- Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needs
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of the team.
