Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook breakfast for hotel guests, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation
• Handle lunch and snack preparation with minimal supervision, managing the kitchen operations alone during shifts
• Take initiative in maintaining kitchen organization and cleanliness, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards
• Ensure efficient stock management and contribute to menu planning with fresh, creative ideas
• Maintain a smooth, timely service for all meals, offering flexibility to meet guest requests
• Collaborate with hotel staff to enhance the overall guest experience
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in boutique hotels or small restaurants
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
• Passion for food and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings and weekends
